Based on the last three night of Pottermore, it is reasonable to guess that the last 4 clues will be posted at the following times.
August 3 - 12pm BST / 7am EST / 4am PST
August 4 - 1pm BST / 8am EST / 5am PST
August 5 - 2pm BST / 9am EST / 6am PST
August 6 - 3pm BST / 10am EST / 7am PST
Guess based on clue 1 being posted at 1am PST, clue 2 at 2am PST and clue 3 at 3am PST

What happens post-Pottermore registration
People are seriously posting the Pottermore answer on Tumblr? Seriously? Come on people! It’s not that hard, just open the first Harry Potter book to the chapter about Diagon Alley (it’s even titled that in the book) and figure it out yourself. It took me maybe about 5 minutes and that includes grabbing the book off my shelf.
